Your name will be removed from the Register by order of the Board and you will not be entitled to practise occupational therapy until you apply for and are granted restoration of your name to the Register. A restoration fee will be applicable when applying for restoration after your name has been removed from the Register by order of the Board, plus accrued practising fees since the date your name was removed. If you are in private practice, health insurance funds will not pay patient benefits for the time you were not registered, and the restoration procedure is not backdated. . |
